About The Position
Definitive Healthcare is seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our People team. In this role, you'll partner directly with the executive leadership of our Product & Engineering teams to serve as their trusted advisor to understand their business goals, capability gaps, org design needs, etc. and partner together to develop and execute a talent strategy to support these objectives. You will also be part of the People Leadership Team and help develop the programs and processes that will contribute to DH's continued growth and success. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong business acumen and a passion for driving impactful change.
