The City of Tigard is recruiting for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner/Manager to join an amazing HR team! This position cultivates partnerships and exceptional customer service with City employees and teammates supporting City initiatives and objectives. The City HR team is looking for a candidate who not only has strong time management skills, but is also comfortable with ambiguity, compassionate, has exceptional written and verbal communication skills, is comfortable and experienced interpreting HR Data Analysis, and is experienced in supervising other HR employees and programs in a union environment.
