Senior Human Resources Analyst is the journey-level class in the Human Resources Analyst class series. Incumbents perform difficult, complex professional work in one or more assigned functional areas of the Court's Human Resources Administration. Incumbents provide professional advice and counsel to Court managers, supervisors, and employees on a variety of human resources-related matters and perform their responsibilities with a significant degree of independence and application of professional experience and judgment. This recruitment will be used to fill current and future vacancies in multiple areas of Human Resources including Labor, Equity, Accommodations and Leave Management, Recruitment and Staffing, Learning and Development, HR Information Systems, Payroll, Benefits, and Performance Management teams. Experience in all areas is not required or expected.
