About The Position

The Oregon Youth Authority is seeking a Senior Human Resource Analyst for a limited duration and job rotation opportunity. This role involves serving as a trusted advisor to managers, employees, and union partners across various human resources functions, including classification, recruitment, labor, and employee relations. Responsibilities include conducting investigations, guiding teams through organizational change, and providing sound HR guidance to support employer actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Business or Public Administration, or a related field.
• Three years of professional-level Human Resource experience, or four years with a valid HR certification.
• Six years of HR experience, with four years at the professional level.
• Knowledge of Workday and related DAS computerized systems.
• Skill in prioritizing and organizing workload.
