About The Position
The Senior Human Resources Administrator (HRA 2) at Stanford's School of Humanities and Sciences will provide comprehensive HR support to faculty, staff, and students within the Department of Psychology. This role involves acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, performance coaching, and management. The HRA 2 will handle sensitive HR matters with discretion and confidentiality, advising on various HR processes and policies while supervising a Human Resources Administrator 1.
