About The Position

The Senior Human Resources Generalist at Integer is responsible for performing HR-related duties across various functional areas, including employee relations, training, recruiting, benefits management, payroll functions, and performance management. This role serves as a key resource for employees and site leadership, providing guidance on HR processes and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience supporting a manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws.

  • Human Resources Certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements.
  • Participate in the development and communication of site strategic objectives aligned to Integer.
  • Partner with site leaders in developing short and long-term workforce plans and actionable talent strategies.
  • Coach Site Leadership on performance management, organizational design, and team effectiveness.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit talent for site exempt positions.
  • Fill hourly/direct labor positions timely and attract local talent.
  • Develop management capabilities in interviewing and selection processes.
  • Conduct orientation and corporate compliance training as needed.
  • Resolve Associate concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Provide direction and training regarding policy interpretation to Associates and Site Leadership.
  • Facilitate focus groups and other forums to assess and deploy culture initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and administration of annual Benefits Enrollment events.
  • Evaluate Associate compensation and make recommendations for performance-driven changes.
  • Ensure accurate transfer of Associate data to Payroll processing team.
  • Manage and maintain associate data in HRIS/Workday and generate reports as needed.
  • Promote self-service of available online HR tools.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and conduct site compliance audits.
  • Participate on enterprise-wide HR Project teams and lead site-based projects.
