Senior Human Resource Business Partner Location: This is an on-site position located in Pearland, TX The purpose of this role is to drive consistency with regard to human resources practices across the site. Implements and coordinates change initiatives to support enhanced organizational effectiveness within the business. Key deliverables include effective employee relations, recruiting, training system management, and organizational development and community relations. Facilitates implementation and execution of Human Resource policies, initiatives, processes and programs. Coaching and counseling to line management personnel. Responsible for coordinating and some delivery of management training and education. Provide leadership in the performance management and salary planning processes. What you will do: Provide business support on a variety of HR related topics to the departments/ managers assigned. Key areas of expertise: Facilitation, Employee Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Assessment and Recommendations regarding policy and practice. Works with managers to develop and understand staffing requirements and human resources plans. Will independently manage the most senior level projects or problems, involving HR. Provides coaching to managers and supervisors regarding performance, discipline and other related matters. Is experienced in dealing with employee relations issues and investigations and provides guidance to other team members. Develops and delivers training in key areas of HR responsibility including, but not limited to anti-harassment training, interview training, and supervisory training. What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years relevant experience. Master's degree preferred. Knowledge in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, and training. Strong collaboration skills, self-motivated, and an influencer. Ability to collect and analyze data and understand trends on key areas such as staffing turnover and employee relations. Service and advisor to both the business and employees.
