About The Position
This position is responsible for providing exceptional HR guidance and support to the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) District 2. This Senior Human Resource Associate provides HR consultative services to support approximately 175 WYDOT employees across central Wyoming with minimal supervision. HR support and services are provided at a significant autonomous level in areas of position management, recruitment, compensation, benefits, organizational development, and employee relations.
