About The Position

The City of Pacifica is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resource Analyst to join our dynamic HR team. This pivotal role will leverage advanced analytical skills and strategic thinking to support our organization's goals and enhance our HR functions. The Senior HR Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex data, developing actionable insights, and implementing innovative HR solutions that align with our objectives. The position emphasizes responsibility for analysis of problems, issues, and situations arising from work assignments, and for development, communication, and implementation of recommendations. The incumbent will perform the most difficult and complex analysis assignments, act as subject matter experts, manage complex projects, and provide technical supervision. Responsibilities include policy development, recruitment, classification, benefits administration, employee training, safety, and equal employment opportunity compliance.
