About The Position
The position involves providing direct Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) advice and support to operational management to ensure HSE improvements are implemented. The role requires developing suitable, practical, and workable processes that reduce HSE risks to the lowest possible level. The individual will assist in the development and maintenance of effective health, safety, and environmental policies relevant to the assigned facility and coordinate with facility leadership in implementing and maintaining HSE processes and programs, including the EPS Global HSE Management System. Additionally, the role includes creating meaningful HSE campaigns and initiatives that deliver real change, preparing health and safety plans, and supporting the continuous development of internal policy. The individual will monitor HSE Key Performance Indicators and provide recommendations on areas of opportunity, conduct monthly HSE-led communications meetings with facility leadership, assess legislative requirements applicable to operations, and assist in the development and delivery of various HSE trainings.
