The Senior HRIS/Payroll Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR and Payroll departments by managing system functionality, reporting and analysis to meet organizational needs. This position is responsible for helping develop, implement, and maintain HR and payroll related processes and procedures, ensuring compliance and efficiency. The Senior HRIS/Payroll Analyst will provide system training to end-users, maintain data integrity, and act as the primary liaison with third-party software vendors to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
