About The Position

The Senior HRIS Analyst at Bright Horizons Children's Centers plays a crucial role in the administration, configuration, detailed analysis, support, and maintenance of assigned HR and Payroll Technology solutions, including Workday, CSOD, and Kenexa. This position is designed for individuals who are experienced in supporting HR, Payroll, and HR Operations functions on a global scale. The analyst will act as a business partner with the HR global organization, leveraging their knowledge of system functionality and technical skills to provide user, production, and project support. In this role, the Senior HRIS Analyst will possess expert-level knowledge of the assigned HR/Payroll Technology solutions, leading the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of new modules and functionalities. They will also be responsible for security design and reporting/analytics, ensuring that the systems are optimized for the needs of the organization. The analyst will lead initiatives that require integrations with other systems, both internally and with external vendors, and will own the configuration for assigned areas while providing coaching and support to team members. The role also involves evaluating, communicating, and coordinating the functional and technical impacts of Workday configuration decisions to stakeholder groups. The analyst will design, create, and maintain custom reporting and dashboards within the system, manage major releases of the HR/Payroll Technology solutions, and execute regression testing as new releases are introduced. Data management activities, including audits and cleanup strategies, will also fall under their purview. Additionally, the analyst may act as the primary day-to-day vendor contact, monitoring vendor performance and building productive long-term relationships. Level 2/3 support on HR production issues will be provided as needed, along with other duties as assigned.
