The Senior HRIS Analyst, Workday is responsible for the architecture, configuration, maintenance and optimization within the Workday tenant with a focus on Human Resources functionality. This position leads business consultation and configuration excellence across several designated HR modules, including core HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Performance. This is a hands-on role that spans multiple HRIS technologies (primarily Workday) and can range from supporting Shared Services tickets to system architecture and leadership of projects. The role has a wide range and variety of work, giving broad exposure to multiple areas of the business. It requires both strong technical aptitude and exceptional collaboration and communication strengths.
