The Senior HRIS Analyst, Workday is responsible for the architecture, configuration, maintenance and optimization within the Workday tenant with a focus on Human Resources functionality. This position leads business consultation and configuration excellence across several designated HR modules, including core HCM, Recruiting, Time, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, and Payroll. This position is intended to be specifically focused on Advanced Reporting / People Analytics, Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking (PATT), but will touch other areas as well since we are a small team. This is a hands on role that spans multiple HRIS technologies (primarily Workday) and can range from supporting Shared Services tickets to system architecture and leadership of projects. The role has a wide range and variety of work, giving broad exposure to multiple areas of the business. It requires both strong technical aptitude and exceptional collaboration and communication strengths.
