We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to lead all HR functions for our Lenexa, KS facility. This role serves as the primary HR leader on-site, providing strategic partnership, hands-on support, and proactive guidance to both hourly and salaried employees. The ideal candidate brings strong HR fundamentals, sound judgment, and the capability to drive initiatives that elevate the employee experience and strengthen organizational performance. As the Senior HRBP, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, onboarding and training, compensation and benefits, compliance, and HR operations. You will act as a trusted advisor to site leadership, diagnosing needs, identifying opportunities, and implementing HR programs that support engagement, safety, retention, and business results. This role is critical to shaping a positive, high‑performance culture at the plant. Success requires strong problem‑solving skills, the ability to streamline and automate processes, and a passion for building scalable and sustainable HR practices. The Senior HRBP reports to the Regional HR Manager and plays an integral role within the site leadership team. We have been driving innovation since 1976.
