Senior, HRBP– Sales & Marketing (NYC) We’re looking for a Senior HRBP to support our Sales & Marketing organization in New York. This role partners closely with Sales and Marketing leaders to translate business strategy into strong org design, talent, and team effectiveness with a very hands-on, business-first approach. The role reports to the VP of HR for Sales & Marketing and also serves as the regional HR leader for the NY teams, owning employee relations, office engagement, and the day-to-day people experience in the region. The role is for someone who enjoys being in the business, walking with leaders through real challenges, and helping teams perform better through practical, on-the-ground HR partnership In addition, the role includes operational responsibilities such as ensuring compliance with U.S. employment laws, supporting employee relations with sound judgment, and partnering with Payroll and Finance for accurate payroll processing. The HRBP will work with systems like ADP, maintain accurate employee records, and support core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.

Requirements

  • Has 7+ years of HR experience, ideally in fast-paced tech or SaaS environments
  • Brings strong experience partnering with Sales and/or Marketing leadership
  • Has a hands-on, pragmatic style with strong judgment and people skills
  • Is experienced in managing employee relations and navigating complex workplace situations
  • Has solid knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance (with strong preference for New York expertise)
  • Is familiar with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., ADP) and understands core payroll processes and controls
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree or higher
