About The Position

RingCentral is looking for a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) based in Denver or Belmont to support our Sales Organization. This is a critical role on our U.S. HR team that partners closely with global sales leaders and employees to drive talent strategies, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives that fuel our continued growth. To succeed in this role, you must have experience in: Partnering with Sales leadership to design and execute people strategies (e.g., talent, performance, succession) that directly accelerate key business outcomes. Driving organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives in a high-growth, globally distributed technology environment. Leveraging HR data and AI-driven analytics for strategic workforce planning, risk detection, and providing tailored insights to executive stakeholders. Enhancing manager capability and employee engagement by analyzing manager effectiveness using data to drive talent initiatives Managing complex employee relations matters, investigations, and compliance matters. Collaborating across HR functions (COEs) and business teams to implement modern, scalable HR solutions, including driving the adoption of new HR technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive HRBP experience, with at least 5 years supporting a high-volume, global Sales or Go-to-Market function within the Technology/SaaS industry.
  • Proven experience or demonstrated fluency in leveraging technology tools for HR functions (e.g., analytics, employee support, insights, sentiment tracking) and driving digital transformation in HR processes.
  • Strong analytical foundation with a track record of using data to measure impact, influence senior leaders, and drive a pay-for-performance culture.
  • Expertise in U.S. and multi-country employment law, including compliance and risk mitigation in global organizations.
  • Exceptional executive communication, consultation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to lead change and navigate organizational ambiguity.
