This role partners closely with senior engineering leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives that strengthen organizational capabilities, enhance ways-of-working, and support a high-performing, inclusive culture. The Senior HRBP Manager acts as a trusted advisor and thought partner, providing data-driven insights, coaching, and solutions that impact employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.   • Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior engineering leaders, influencing organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
  • Utilize data analytics and insights to identify opportunities, track performance, and drive targeted outcomes.
  • Design and implement high-impact HR programs that enhance engagement, culture, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to align functional talent strategies with broader organizational initiatives.
  • Provide executive coaching and guidance to leaders, supporting decision-making and leadership development.
  • Drive adoption of tools and AI-enabled solutions to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on people-related issues, maintaining confidentiality and upholding organizational values.
  • 10+ years of HRBP experience, including 4+ years partnering with engineering or product teams.
  • Strong understanding of engineering organizations, including operating models, roles, and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to deliver scalable, high-impact HR programs that drive organizational performance.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills with senior leaders.
  • Experience leveraging data and analytics to inform people strategies and HR initiatives.
  • Ability to navigate complex challenges, drive results, and foster a culture of collaboration.
