About The Position

Are you a proven Senior People Business Partner who is ready to provide functional leadership & expertise to your business on the company's global HR processes, programs, and policies? What you will do Contribute to the business strategy by helping your leaders identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes Identify needs, develop solutions, and execute on programs that drive workforce engagement, culture transformation, and retention Play a key role in enabling strategic workforce planning and drawing insights from data analytics, including proactively recognizing trends, developing actions to strengthen the talent base, driving organizational effectiveness, and attaining operational and structural efficiencies Partner with the leadership team of the customer units (i.e., Sales) and corporate functions to lead change, specifically focusing cultural transformation and influencing the future of work Assess, develop, and coach executive, senior leadership, and team members through use of strategic talent offerings Develop strategies to bring fresh talent into the organization, accelerate early career talent development, and enhance leadership skills throughout the organization Provide end to end People support from needs assessment through delivery, and evaluate and improve on implemented solutions Continue to promote and oversee key processes in performance management, succession/talent planning, learning and development, total rewards and talent acquisition Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline. Master's degree preferred 8+ years' experience in HR (People) or related field Three years in professional services, preferably as a People Business Partner, supporting sales, in a hi-tech company A track record of results, problem-solving and accountability in a highly matrixed and global organization A track record of driving and supporting diverse organizations and culture change Deep and broad knowledge of People practices, principles and procedures based on working closely with strong collaboration Relocation to Plano, TX at a future date is preferred but not required. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline.
  • 8+ years' experience in HR (People) or related field
  • Three years in professional services, preferably as a People Business Partner, supporting sales, in a hi-tech company
  • A track record of results, problem-solving and accountability in a highly matrixed and global organization
  • A track record of driving and supporting diverse organizations and culture change
  • Deep and broad knowledge of People practices, principles and procedures based on working closely with strong collaboration

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree preferred
  • Relocation to Plano, TX at a future date is preferred but not required.
