About The Position
The Senior HRBP for Ads Product will help coordinate efforts within and across the Ads Platform teams, directly partnering with the Ads Product team. This person will contribute to and support the delivery of a cohesive talent strategy and vision for the team, develop many of the key building blocks, and continue to iterate and evolve our talent practices over time, partnering closely with key leaders in the org. The Senior HRBP role will play a role in organization design, compensation, employee development, talent density, inclusion, and much more as we scale around the world. At Netflix, our culture shapes who we are and how we operate. We need someone who is just as passionate about the culture as they are about the work they are doing in the business.
