Job Overview The Senior, HR Technology sustains, implements, and enhances Workforce Management (UKG/Kronos), a core application supporting Macy’s time, attendance, and workforce scheduling functions. This role owns system implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization, partnering closely with HR Technology Module Owners, Centers of Excellence, and HR leadership to ensure the solution is effectively leveraged across the organization. This role synthesizes business requirements, vendor-released features, and the HR Technology technical roadmap to maximize value delivered through each enhancement or release cycle. It serves as a primary liaison to internal IT and (UKG/Kronos) technical partners, ensuring the environment supports concurrent projects, testing, and issue resolution. The Senior, HR Technology role contributes to design, configuration, and documentation efforts to strengthen organizational understanding of the evolving Workforce Management ecosystem. Responsibilities include cataloging system configurations, integrations, and reporting assets and leveraging this information to identify convergence points, overlapping capabilities, and opportunities for optimization. The Senior, HR Technology role regularly interacts with all levels of HR leadership and leads discussions, presents recommendations, and partners across business units. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills and adherence to established security, audit, and compliance standards.
