The SR HR People Business Partner will play a crucial role in managing various human resource functions within the Strive Pharmacy organization. We are actively seeking someone to support our rapidly growing St. Louis, MO location. Responsibilities will include an active all hands on deck mindset in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, policy enforcement and ensuring legal compliance. This position will serve as a bridge between employees and management, fostering a positive work environment and supporting the overall HR strategy of Strive Pharmacy.
