About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Partner to join an organization based in Sacramento. This role is responsible for delivering both strategic guidance and hands-on HR support across all units and departments, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and values. The Senior HR Partner will oversee a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including day-to-day HR operations and complex initiatives in areas such as benefits administration, compliance, employee relations, and engagement. The ideal candidate will foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture while driving HR practices that support organizational effectiveness and employee well-being. Requirements

Demonstrated expertise in managing sensitive and confidential HR matters with integrity, including proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills, with the ability to navigate complex or high-stress interactions diplomatically and professionally.
Adept at balancing competing priorities in fast-paced environments, consistently meeting deadlines while executing tasks with minimal oversight.
Proven ability to foster collaborative partnerships across all organizational levels, enhancing cross-functional alignment and stakeholder engagement.
Highly detail-oriented and reliable, with a strong commitment to accuracy and inclusivity—bringing thoughtful awareness to the needs of individuals with disabilities and multicultural communities.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end talent acquisition by partnering with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and ensuring compliance with pre-employment checks while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Lead onboarding and orientation programs, analyze new hire survey data, and recommend improvements to enhance employee integration and engagement.
Administer and monitor core HR functions including compensation, benefits, leaves, accommodations, investigations, performance development, and offboarding.
Manage HRIS data integrity, validate employee changes, generate reports, and maintain monthly HR metrics dashboards to support strategic decisions.
Ensure legal and policy compliance through audits, documentation management, and regular review of employment laws and internal practices.
Champion DEIA and HR innovation, lead projects, and recommend process improvements to elevate departmental efficiency and employee experience.
