Responsible for streamlining a broad set of human resources initiatives aligning with project-based workflows. The Senior HR Operations Specialist will oversee HR projects such as mergers & acquisition, employee lifecycle programs to include performance management and change management communications. This role demands exceptional organizational abilities, strategic and tactical thinking, and a comprehensive understanding of HR's objectives. The position will collaborate closely with HR leadership, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), Communications, Finance, and Technology to align HR Strategic goals with daily operations that drive HR initiatives.
