The Senior HR Manager will play a critical role in driving employee relations and process improvements across multiple portfolio companies. This individual will act as a trusted advisor to both leadership and employees, ensuring HR strategies align with business objectives. Reporting to the VP of HR, the Senior HR Manager may oversee junior HR team members and will collaborate closely with internal departments such as Benefits, HR Technology, and Payroll to optimize HR services across different time zones and states. They will also partner with a distributed HR network deployed regionally across North America, requiring strong collaboration and coordination skills to ensure consistency and alignment of HR initiatives. This role will be pivotal in bridging communication and strategy across geographically dispersed HR teams. As a strategic HR partner, this role will have significant influence in shaping company-wide HR initiatives and organizational design efforts, while contributing to key decisions that support business transformation across portfolio companies.
