Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions (VWTS) is looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager. Under the direction of the HR Business Partner of the North America segment of our Quality Monitoring and Lab Water Purification business, your primary focus will be Employee Relations and Integration Work for the Products & Technologies global business line of the Veolia Water Tech Zone. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in the office. Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time is necessary. The Senior HR Manager drives engagement within a growing and dynamic environment. They influence managers and employees, and understand both broad business, and manufacturing and service specific challenges to enable a salary and an hourly workforce to meet business objectives. They act as a subject matter expert providing day-to-day guidance and direct support for functional areas such as employee relations, consultation/conflict resolution, policy interpretation and application, management consultation, talent acquisition, workforce data analysis, and performance appraisal training. This challenging role requires a high degree of emotional intelligence, critical thinking and decision-making skills to work with all levels of management and hourly staff to help create a safe, healthy, vibrant work environment.
