About The Position
As the Senior HR Manager, you will be accountable for partnering with business and functional leaders as well as leaders within the HR organization for implementing strategic, targeted organizational effectiveness strategies that support NCR Atleos' vision of driving effective enterprise-wide performance. These strategies will encompass high-level, complex project and initiatives regarding all areas of human resources. You will act as an employee champion and change agent by providing counsel and guidance to employees and Managers. The Senior HR Manager will report into the Executive HR Director.
