Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR implementation experience.
  • Proven expertise in managing and ensuring accuracy of large HR datasets.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with change management in enterprise settings.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Proficient in HR systems and related tools.
  • Passion for empowering customers and colleagues through training and support.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communicator, able to convey complex ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Assist new and transitioning clients with the migration to HR tools, ensuring a smooth and successful roll-out.
  • Act as a consultant for client stakeholders to recommend best practices for implementation.
  • Become an expert user of the HR tools to provide guidance on features and functionalities.
  • Guide clients through their onboarding journey using project management tools.
  • Perform data imports to migrate client data, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • Safeguard sensitive employee information during migration, complying with data protection regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an optimal HR onboarding experience.
  • Contribute to the development of internal HR migration processes and recommended improvements.
