About The Position
The Senior HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting HR functions at the site. This position requires an experienced and perceptive HR professional who can build strong relationships across all levels of the organization while balancing business needs and employee engagement. The Senior HR Generalist will collaborate closely with the HR team and site leaders to champion the organization's strategic vision, values, and culture. As a partner to the organization, the Senior HR Generalist will provide expert guidance on employee relations, manage leave of absence processes, support performance management, and facilitate conflict resolution. This role is integral to fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with policies and employment laws, and driving organizational effectiveness.
