We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist - Employee Relations & Benefits is responsible for providing comprehensive Human Resources support with primary ownership of the company's employee benefits programs and a leadership role in managing employee relations matters across the organization. This position serves as a trusted advisor to management and employees by providing consultative guidance on workplace issues, interpreting company policies, and ensuring consistent application of employment laws and HR best practices. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all employee benefit programs and acts as the liaison between the organization and its group benefits broker, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators (TPAs). The position also leads employee relations investigations, provides guidance to managers on performance management and workplace concerns, and supports initiatives that promote a positive, compliant, and respectful workplace culture. Operating within a Government Contracting (GovCon) environment, this role ensures full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and benefits regulations, maintains audit-ready documentation, supports DCAA and other regulatory reviews, and assists the Vice President of Human Resources in executing strategic HR initiatives including benefits planning, compliance management, and workforce support. This position requires strong judgment, regulatory expertise, analytical capability, and the ability to effectively manage sensitive employee matters while delivering exceptional HR service. US citizenship is required.
