We’re looking for a Senior HR Generalist who brings energy, urgency, and a true passion for people and operations. Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in fast paced home service or construction environments
  • Experience supporting both office and field employees
  • Highly energetic and proactive
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
  • A problem solver who can handle complex employee situations
  • A strong communicator who can influence leaders
  • Someone who builds trust quickly with both leadership and frontline employees
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred

Nice To Haves

  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Leadership
  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to managers and department leaders
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and leadership development
  • Help leaders build strong, accountable teams
  • Drive Recruiting & Talent Growth
  • Partner with hiring managers to attract top talent in field, sales, and office roles
  • Support workforce planning and help identify future leaders within the organization
  • Ensure a strong onboarding experience that sets employees up for success
  • Lead Employee Relations
  • Handle employee relations matters with professionalism, fairness, and urgency
  • Conduct investigations and help resolve workplace issues effectively
  • Coach leaders on proactive communication and performance management
  • Support HR Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Support HR programs including performance management, compensation, and engagement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate HR records and support HRIS processes
