As an HR Consultant at Insource Services, Inc., you will often work as an embedded part of the client's organization, serving as the primary Human Resources resource for clients and leadership. This role involves becoming the part-time HR Department for several clients across various industries. You will be part of a service delivery team that includes recruiting and HR administrative support, providing HR services and serving as a resource to client management on all employment matters. Your responsibilities will include addressing issues flexibly and practically, with a focus on reducing client risk and exposure to employment practices. You will assist with routine and complex employee relations and performance issues, guide on non-standard matters such as diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and perform routine HR management duties including benefits oversight and handbook development. Additionally, you will enhance and update policies and procedures in accordance with labor laws and best practices, design and coordinate new employee onboarding and exit meetings, and participate in HR assessments of new clients.
