Wouldn't it be amazing if you could join us in our journey? We are looking for a business-savvy HRBP to partner with our leaders in our 'swamp' in Sunnyvale, CA. This is a hands-on, strategic role and an opportunity to significantly impact the trajectory of the business. This position requires a proven track record of driving team performance, bold partnership with senior leaders, agile thinking, and great interpersonal skills. This position is based out of our Sunnyvale swamp, 4 days a week, Monday through Thursday.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of HR experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
  • 5+ years of HRBP experience required.
  • Work in alignment with JFrog's CODEX and especially with integrity and care.
  • Connect authentically with our leaders and frogs, cultivating strong relationships and influencing at all levels throughout the organization.
  • Communicate, present, and collaborate effectively with a diverse set of frogs.
  • Build and inspire enthusiasm, leadership, and commitment across the organization in line with our leadership attributes.
  • Manage with a sense of calm, confidence, and decisiveness in an environment that is fast-paced and dynamic.
  • Be proactive, accountable, and passionate about driving results.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business results as the trusted and strategic HR partner to your business units.
  • Strengthen the resilience of the organization and culture by driving retention and engagement strategies together with your leaders, managers, and frogs.
  • Be a guardian of JFrog's CODEX.
  • Work alongside your leaders to ensure our frogs have clear goals, are aligned and are accountable throughout the organization.
  • Work with the leadership team to develop proactive talent management plans that address talent gaps, skills/leadership development, succession planning, and more.
  • Coach and support first line managers and leaders to deliver great experiences for your frogs at all stages of their lifecycle from onboarding, working and developing day to day, managing through change, experiencing challenges, to offboarding.
  • Partner with our Talent Acquisition, Operations, and HR Centers of Excellence teams to identify and deliver on the hiring, onboarding, cultural, compensation and development needs of your business units.

Benefits

  • Base salary range between $170,000 to $190,000.
