Summary of Role As an HR Business Partner, you will play a tactical role in shaping our people strategy and driving organizational success. This position partners closely with senior leaders to deliver HR solutions that align with business priorities, foster a high-performing culture, and support growth across multiple regions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic HRBP or HR generalist role.
  • 3+ years of experience working in an HR role supporting employees in United States
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certification is a plus
  • Experience supporting employees in the UK is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Guide leaders on employee performance, coaching and feedback practices.
  • Lead full-cycle employee relations activities, including investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned business units, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business priorities and organizational growth.
  • Provide expert consultation on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent management.
  • Drive culture, engagement, and change management initiatives to support a high-performing and inclusive workplace.
  • Advise leaders on compensation, promotions, and organizational pay structures in alignment with HR policies and market practices.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and HR standards across all people decisions.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Experience of utilizing AI to support HR activities
