About The Position
RAPIDLY GROWING Technology company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support the company’s based out of their Denver, CO office. SUMMARY: - Will be a strategic advisor to company leaders - Will be a driver of leadership/team effectiveness, organizational design/performance, and workforce planning.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience
- Experience in start-up and/or high-growth, fast-paced environments (i.e., manufacturing, energy, data centers, tech, or similar)
- Proactive, solutions-oriented HR professional
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
