We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support up to 500 employees across the U.S. and Canada. This role requires a self-starter who takes full ownership of their work, proactively identifies and implements process improvements and thrives in an independent environment while collaborating with other HR team members. The HRBP is both a strategic and hands-on-role, responsible for aligning business goals with people strategies while also managing the day-to-day operational aspects of HR. This includes everything from coaching leaders and driving workforce planning to handling daily employee relations issues and HR compliance. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable advising executives on HR strategy as they are executing HR transactions and administrative tasks to support employees and managers in real time.
