About The Position

The Senior HR Business Partner (Sr HRBP) at GAF will lead the development and implementation of HR programs across multiple plant locations. This role involves partnering with leaders to drive innovative HR solutions, ensuring compliance with policies, and enhancing the employee experience. The Sr HRBP will act as a change agent, executing talent initiatives aligned with long-term business objectives while navigating a dynamic business environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership responsibility in exempt level Human Resources positions.
  • 5+ years recent experience in a manufacturing HR environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to business objectives by helping leaders identify and build organizational capabilities.
  • Act as a liaison between operations and HR to align HR services with business needs.
  • Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR plan and participate in cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent application of corporate and plant policies and conduct investigations of potential violations.
  • Provide expert advice and coaching to promote a strong leadership culture.
  • Champion the Talent Management Process and support managers in talent pipeline planning.
  • Drive the development of HR Business Partners and ensure effective HR operations.
