About The Position

The Senior HR Business Partner (Sr HRBP) at GAF will lead the development and implementation of HR programs across multi-site plant locations. This role involves partnering with leaders to drive innovative HR solutions, ensuring compliance with policies, and enhancing the employee experience. The Sr HRBP will act as a change agent, executing talent initiatives aligned with long-term business objectives while navigating a complex and dynamic business environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership responsibility in exempt level Human Resources positions.
• 5+ years recent experience in a manufacturing HR environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally and lead multiple projects.

• Knowledgeable in Workers' Compensation and OSHA reporting regulations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to business objectives by helping leaders identify and build organizational capabilities.
• Act as a liaison between operations and HR to align HR services with business needs.
• Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR plan and participate in cross-functional initiatives.
• Ensure consistent application of corporate and plant policies and conduct investigations of potential violations.
• Provide expert advice and coaching to foster a strong leadership culture.
• Champion the Talent Management Process and support managers in forecasting talent pipeline requirements.
• Drive the development of HR Business Partners and ensure effective HR operations.
