As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you'll make a real difference providing strategic HR partnership to support organizational growth. To achieve this, you will use your leadership and interpersonal skills to challenge and advise the business on people and organizational needs. This role collaborates across the global HR organization, including with the HR expertise groups. This role requires onsite presence to attend in-person, work-related events, trainings and meetings and to ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation.

  • Lead with Knowledge: Design and facilitate engaging workshops on critical HR programs and development topics.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior or related degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years applicable HR experience, preferably with experience working as a strategic HRBP in a complex, fast-paced, global organization.
  • Proven experience in leading and delivery of multiple projects and processes at the same time.
  • Strong emphasis on independence, ability to manage complexity and leadership development.
  • Affinity with talent management, change management and/or organizational design is appreciated.
  • Strong competencies in consulting agility, change management, people analytics, business acumen, customer focus and team development.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) as well as stakeholder management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and strong working relationships with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, manage complexity and adaptable to change.
  • Results oriented with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Highest standards of ethics.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and HRIS.
