About The Position
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Associate Relations (Sr. HRBP, AR) will provide Human Resources support across the enterprise by fostering and maintaining a positive associate relations environment. This role will collaborate cross-functionally to provide guidance on HR best practices and serve as a trusted advisor for all associates and managers. The Sr. HRBP, AR role will primarily be focused on driving the fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures, conducting independent, objective investigations related to associate concerns and providing consultative guidance related to performance coaching and counseling. The position will primarily operate independently, seeking input and collaboration as needed, particularly when the complexity of a situation requires partnership.
