About the position

Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a #MiracleMaker to join our Human Resources team as an HR Analyst II. In this role, you will be responsible for HR analytics and data management, delivering actionable insights to enable strategic decision-making. As a key member of the HR Operations Team, you will contribute to the organization's success by ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR technology, data processes, and systems, all while providing high-quality and responsive service to our internal stakeholders. For candidates with significant experience and expertise, this position may be considered for a Senior HR Analyst level, offering a broader scope of responsibility and influence on strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management of HR systems, including ADP Workforce Now, ADP Talent Suite, Culture Amp, and Galileo.
  • Design, implement, and manage the integration of HR systems with other business applications.
  • Support the management of the Learning Management System (LMS) Catalog.
  • Administer talent assessment tools, including the Predictive Index and Gallup StrengthsFinder.
  • Configure and optimize HR technology and tools to meet organizational needs and compliance standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards, scorecards, and reports that provide insights into key HR metrics.
  • Collect and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to transform complex information into actionable recommendations.
  • Own and drive the integrity of employee data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and privacy across all HR systems and reports.
  • Work closely with HR team members to facilitate various HR initiatives and projects.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Payroll, Accounting, IT, and other teams to design and implement solutions.
  • Provide training and guidance to HR team members, managers, and employees on the effective use of these tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Systems, Data Science, or other relevant field is preferred.
  • 3 years of experience as an HR System Administrator, HRIS Analyst, or similar role; ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in creating reports, developing and delivering presentations, and working with large datasets.
  • Advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, including written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytical capability and attention to detail with a strong focus on execution.
  • Project management and change management skills are a valuable plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with implementing new technology and/or rolling out new system functionality preferred.
  • Adept at establishing relationships built on trust with internal clients and stakeholders.
  • Active contributor to an environment of accountability with a sense of urgency, teamwork, and ownership to manage priorities.
