A detail-oriented and analytical Senior HR Advisor – Accommodations & Return Services to provide strategic guidance, oversight, and data-driven insights for disability compliance programs, including the interactive process under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), reasonable accommodation management, return-to-work programs, accommodation effectiveness tracking, fitness-for-duty reviews, and emerging accessibility requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ADA compliance, employee relations, case management, data analytics, and working knowledge of the Pregnancy Workers Fairness Act (PWFA) within a large, fast-paced corporate environment, preferably in the utility or energy sector. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills to facilitate sensitive, customer-facing discussions and deliver training presentations to diverse business units across the enterprise. The Senior HR Advisor will collaborate closely with other HR functional areas and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless coordination, communication, and integrated service delivery. This position requires exceptional adaptability as technology and assignments evolve rapidly, with a focus on embracing AI and emerging technologies to enhance accommodation workflows, predictive analytics for disability trends, and proactive inclusion strategies.
