About the position
The Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the loan process, leveraging extensive knowledge of home lending products to guide clients towards home ownership. This role involves adhering to regulatory requirements while promoting financial products, coaching branch teams, and collaborating with bankers to enhance customer experiences and drive sales results.
Responsibilities
- Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
- Works together with bankers, meeting with their customers and introducing new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
- Partners with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing various marketing efforts.
- Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
- Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert; maintains good relationships with customers and provides recommendations based on financial analysis.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
- Knowledge of the real estate market in the local area.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
Nice-to-haves
- FHA/VA sales experience.
- Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills.
- Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
