About The Position

The Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the loan process. This role involves coaching and mentoring branch teams, collaborating with bankers, and promoting mortgage loan originations while adhering to regulatory requirements. The advisor will leverage their expertise in home lending products to enhance customer experiences and support the growth of the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Nice To Haves

• FHA/VA sales experience
• Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills
• Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing various marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and expertise.
