About The Position

The Senior Home Health/Hospice Sales Executive role is for high energy, compassionate sales and marketing professionals. The primary objective is to promote unique Hospice or Home Health programs and services. This involves establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with key referral sources such as physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners. The position offers a highly competitive base salary, lucrative bonus opportunities, and an excellent full benefits package.

Requirements

  • High energy, compassionate, sales and marketing professionals
  • Proven track record promoting Hospice and/or Home Health Services - 2 or more years of successful experience required.
  • Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
  • Familiarity with Contact Management software
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Stable work history, with proven, verifiable performance
  • Hospice and/or Home Health Sales: 2 years (REQUIRED)
