Senior Home Care Sales Representative Responsibilities: Drive referral growth by developing relationships with hospital discharge staff including social workers and RN case managers, area Rehabs and Physicians. Represent the agency at community and healthcare events Work closely with branch administration and clinical operations to ensure patient/client satisfaction Established referral relationships for home care patients. Private pay preferred. 2+ years home health/home care sales experience.
