  • Plan, manage, and lead transportation projects, ranging from small to medium highways and local roads to complex, multi-disciplinary freeway and interchange projects.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, overseeing scope, schedule, and QA/QC to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to drive the successful delivery of complex projects.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies for transportation project opportunities.
  • Participate in the RFP/RFQ process, including proposal preparation, interviews, project scoping, fee estimation, and negotiations.
  • Act as the client liaison, fostering strong relationships.
  • Represent the company at public meetings, conferences, interviews, and industry events.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Illinois Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience managing, designing, and delivering Illinois transportation projects.
  • Experience as the Project Manager on Illinois DOT projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead teams across disciplines.
  • Experience collaborating with clients such as the Illinois Tollway, county departments of transportation, and local government agencies.
  • Experience with alternative delivery projects.
