Requirements

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience delivering high-touch customer service; professional phone presence, comfortable speaking with various patients and team members
  • High attention to detail and follow-through on tasks
  • Ability to think critically, understand nuance, and problem-solve on the fly to de-escalate situations
  • Technology proficiency and a comfort level multitasking with multiple technology platforms
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information

Nice To Haves

  • Previous hospitality, healthcare, and/or customer service experience

Responsibilities

  • Support patient questions, requests, and general communication via phone and email
  • Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks to support clinic operations
  • Welcome patients and manage check-in, check-out, and scheduling of follow-up visits
  • Process patient payments accurately and efficiently
  • Schedule patients via phone, from the waitlist, and in collaboration with the Patient Services team
  • Conduct schedule verifications to ensure there are no duplicate bookings
  • Complete insurance verifications prior to appointments
  • Address patient concerns directly or escalate appropriately when needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Origin using Slack and email
  • Manage and order clinic inventory, including supplies and retail items
  • Report on clinic metrics (e.g., appointment openings, waitlist status) at the end of each shift and on a weekly basis
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned
