About The Position

The Senior Healthcare Program Specialist will oversee housing providers contracted to assist vulnerable Medicaid members in obtaining supportive housing. This role involves contract and fiscal management, quality assurance, and providing training and support to housing providers to ensure compliance with program requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Five (5) or more years of experience in health care related field

Responsibilities

• Contract management and fiscal management of a portfolio of housing providers
• Voucher reconciliation of the fiscal submissions made by housing providers
• Review and submit budgets and contract renewals
• Meet on a regular basis with providers and provide assistance on vouchers, budgets, and programmatic issues
• Perform quality assurance and audits, including site visits
• Scoring and evaluation of procurements
• Analyzing, tracking, and reporting on program activities and contract deliverables
• Review and track spending of providers
• Provide training to providers on program requirements and vouchering
