About The Position
As Senior Healthcare Economics Analyst with Imagine Pediatrics, you will use your analytical skills to assess clinical, operational and financial performance across all markets and help design, support, and evaluate business initiatives. Under general supervision, analyze and interpret healthcare data to identify key drivers of member engagement, cost, and utilization and generate actionable insights. Identify trends and outliers from performance metrics and provide root-cause analyses and build recommendations for strategic changes. Develop analytical plans and statistical methodologies to monitor overall population health emerging trends and systematically evaluate our clinical and financial outcomes. Partner with cross-functional teams to help design and support clinical programs and business initiatives.
